IDRC East Coast Season Opener To Pack A Major Entertainment Punch
(Reading, PA) On Friday, April 19th, Tyler Tanaka of Turbonetics told the
IDRC that the Turbonetics Celica will be at the IDRC East Coast Nationals.
The plan is to use the country's quickest track to make the historic first
200mph pass by an import doorslammer.
"Whether you are a V8 fan or not, you have to seize the opportunity to come
out and see the 200mph barrier crushed by a Toyota Celica. "Sorry Honda" Considering that
the Celica ran 199.33-mph in its first public debut in Gainesville, we
expect to see 200-plus achieved easily at Maple Grove." said IDRC Technical
Director Jerry Hsien.
