Is it a direct replacement like TRD or do we have to swap the shifters and bushings out?

You also typed "I'll see if we can't get these for you guys" You trying to help us out or not? :gap:

I fixed it... I don't think it's a direct replacement like the TRD one.

I'll stick with my TRD shifter. Good to have choices though.

True but I'd rather support the site sponsors than "some guy on ebay" anyday.

I don't think this is a direct replacement. Someone on this site that is either living or stationed in Japan has had this on their car before. I was told that "modification" would have to be made. I don't remember the extent of the modification since this was about 2 years ago when I looked into this.

In any case, C's is reputable and makes damn good shifters. I had one for my 00 Si and used it on a ITR too. Nice short shifts.

the modifications consist of transfering the bases to the new short shifter...

That's it? That's what I had to do for the TRD ss since I have a 03.

If I was thinking the same as what Slowica is talking about, then, no. All you need is a pliar, a flat head screw driver and a hammer.

How is it compare to TRD?

^^^I've never used C's but the TRD is PERFECT IMO! Perfect throws but not so short that it is too stiff! Plus it comes with the shifter-base bushings.
