you can cover the sun roof slider the same way, i'd say to do that again but you'd have to drop the headliner again. And yet again someone redo's that very nicely..but no one can figure an effective way to recover the sun visors. without going to a shop and paying $$$$$

I'd have the celica facing towards the back instead of the front. It looks upside down to me.

I painted my sun visors black with vinyl and fabric dye after being quoted $100 per visor to get them redone prffessionally. Pic: http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b203/Snizz258/HPIM0413.jpg

Should of used the Celica font that's found on our hatch handle. I think it's the same font used for the Lexus logos and can be easily found online.

"Ricing" (a term usually not used by the modifier himself) a vehicle is meant to emulate the work of independent automotive tuning companies who modify more than just appearance, and to give an appearance of greater ability than the car actually has. Ricing is generally looked down upon amongst people who actually modify the running parts of the vehicle itself, e.g. engine tuning.

Common aftermarket modifications in this style, or "rice," can include:

* Body modifications
* aerodynamic-looking body kits
* wings and spoilers that serve no useful function. With FF/FWD cars, for example, rear-end downforce helps very little. Also, the largest spoilers have very little effect until the car is driven at a very high speed.
* carbon fiber hoods (sometimes fiberglass replicas made to look like carbon fiber)
* excessively large rims (for example chromed, or "dubs") that often decrease acceleration due to higher rotational inertia
* dual windshield wipers replaced with uniwiper.
* improperly lowered suspension, such as stock springs shortened by cutting. This action is frowned upon by both seasoned tuners and spring manufacturers. Cutting springs may severely compromise safety and handling characteristics.
* Aesthetics
* bright paint or interior, frequently in contrasting colors
* decals and stickers
* for aftermarket parts not actually present on the vehicle
* with the name of the car's model in a stylized font, usually covering the upper rear window
* in kanji characters
* excessive graphics that don't seem to "fit" with the car (i.e. side graphics, etc.)
* badging from other higher performance vehicles (Honda's "Type-R" and Nissan's "GTR" being the most common)
* a loud, free-flowing exhaust system with a large cylindrical resonator at the rear of the car (often referred to as a "fart can", "fart cannon", "coffee can exhaust" or "bee fart exhaust"). Some vehicles also sport dual-pipe catback exhaust systems with two exhaust tips.
* Lighting
* neon and LED lighting, such as lighted windshield washer nozzles, underbody neon lights, etc.
* Euro-style taillights (also known as "altezza"-style lights or "altezzas")
* Super-bright headlight bulbs (although most of these bulbs offer better lighting than conventional halogen bulbs), colored bulbs, often illegal, which are used for turning signals, side-markers, etc.
* Unnecessary fog-lights and extra lighting units usually intended for off-roading vehicles.
* Sloppy Workmanship
* excessive areas of exposed primer a/or Body Filler (Bondo)
* poorly fitted bodykits
* car has any of the aforementioned modifications, yet looks like it's not been taken care of for a long time (dirty, parts of the car with smashed or dented bodywork, etc.)

should be stickied in the newb forum :rofl:

Which higher performance vehicle did you jack the emblem off lol? We sport our TRD badges proud even when we have nothing TRD on the car

The CELICA word is in the right direction. When you tilt the front seats all the way back then it makes perfect sense as to why he put them that way.

Thanks Zero You understand why I did it that a way. To all the others it is your car and you can do it how you like but this way fit me better.
