lbs = pounds, a unit of weight.
psi = pounds per square inch, a unit of pressure.

methinks he was asking if when someone says 5 Lb of boost is it the same as 5 psi. The answer is yes.

unless they are talking about lbs of torque... if there is anybody pushing over 100 lbs, its about torque, lol
