What does it mean when someone pulls up right next to you while your driving and then speeds off to about 4 car lengths and starts flash their hazards 3 times? It has happened to me a couple of times already and I don't get it.

1) It means they have a very small IQ.
2) Really though, it means you "lost" the "race." Of course, if you weren't racing, it means #1.

Umm, my IQ is actually 140. I don't race so I don't know any procedures such as flashing and crap.

You misunderstand - the person flashing the lights has the low IQ, and the fact you don't know what it means is actually a demonstration of intelligence.
Sorry for the confusion.

I'm serious man haha. I'm Asian so that means I am smart =P
But I don't know why they think I was racing since I was driving behind a SUV. It's not like I can race since it's 2 lanes and a car is 15 feet in front of me. Stupid punks in their Volvo C70.
