Is this a Front wheel drive? they should've made it RWD, next Gen Corolla GTS :drool: or an AWD Corolla GT4 :gap:

Not seen that here yet, i'll keep an eye out. Looks identical to the normal T-Sport Corollas tho.

Looks like the b@stard child of a Civic hatch and a Golf. Supercharged, and essentially comparable to a N/A Celica? Blah.

supercharged means you can raise the boost easily, or change compressors and have at it.

my concerns would be weight, open diff, FWD, and price.

It'd still be a great car for your daughter.

It'd prolly be closer to the pricing of a civic SI for us. Everything is more expensive for you UK people anyway.

nice corolla. toyota should really consider bring this baby over and drop the tC from the lineup. This thing will compete well with the new Si.

This is why I hate Toyota. They have great cars/motors/technologies that they could put together and bring over here and make fun cars, but instead, we get the Sienna and Avalon and other cars that make me want to go to sleep.

This is why I hate Toyota.

Toyota isnt the only car manufacturer that does this. Honest if you want to place blame on someone. Blame DOT. they are the main reason you dont have all those wonderful cars here in the US.

You should really check out overseas Mitsu, Ford, Honda, etc. Then you can truly be pissed off.

The corolla t-sport uses the same engine as the celica gt-s. So the supercharged corolla....2zz + supercharger? I'm guessing TTE (toyota team europe) is going to release a supercharger for the 2zz soon? They've already made one for the yaris/vitz, so why not release the charger for the 2zz...IF it's made by TTE that is...

*EDIT* I just checked TTE's pages, and they've now released a turbo kit for the MR2 SPYDER, boosting power from 140 up to 183hp. Why not for the celica? YOU *******S!!!!

I know Ford, Mitsu, Nissan, etc.... release interesting cars overseas that they don't sell here but, at least they give us something (Mustang, 350Z, Evo VIII) I just want toyota to give us something sporty (other than a 3000lb tC coupe).
