Door panels?

How do i get the black door pieces out? I looked at them today and can't figure it out. It looks like the black leather(or whatever) is glued to the door itself. If anybody knows if it is possible to get the whole piece out please post it up. I'm trying to wrap it in blue vinyl. Thanx

I think there are screws on the back of the panel. The armrest and handle are one piece.

Thanx. Also, do u know about the other piece right above it? How hard would it be to upholster it? Do i need to take it to a upholstery shop? Thanx again.

the upholstery cannot be removed. it's actually glued to some foam that's behind it. if you try to remove it, it will rip out chunks, leaving a bumpy appearance. if u take it to a shop, they're just going to overlay the original upholstery. this is coming from my toyota tech who's been doing upholstery for 3 years now.
