Hey everyone! Josiah, Dawn and I went out to eat last night and jotted down los o notes on what we need to begin working on in this club. So here are a few things that i need to share with you all.
1. Dawn is going to go and get our T-Shirts made at the end of this week. She will post more details, but what i know right now is that we need to all decide on what logo will be put on front and back, and who wants one etc. So se will make a new topic when she gets off work. These will not have sponsors on the back. The next shirts will have them.
2. BEGINNING TONIGHT 11-20-01, we are going to add a Tuesday night meet so that we can discuss TCC issues over dinner. TONIGHT we wil meet at the Bennigans on Manum near 610. The meet begins at 9 o'clock, so if you can attend that would be great! We may change the meeting spot to a fast food restaurant for the following weeks, so that it is less costly. And please, if you are able to attend, come. Many of you work, and we understand that, but it would be great to have everyones opinions heard.
3. Josiah had a great idea a while back about alternating the Monthly Meet Spots. Every two or three monthly meets, lets have it in a different city! I feel that would be fair. Or we can at least have it somewhere inbetween. This would helpout our other branches.
4. Lets get into detail about our TCC branches. Could those of you in other cities make a mandatory meet night? please send me info.
5. Im going to look into getting the PitCrew shirts made, but this is for when TCC has all of its shet together. These are the kind of shirts IKON and TKR have. Im also going to get the lanyards made. For those of you like me who dont know what that name is...it is the thingy you an attach to your keys and go around your neck...bla bla bla...hehe! Im going to get inf on those. Anyother ideas are welcome. Like Brians idea for seat belt harness thingy's w/ TCC on them.
6. Brian brought up a good suggestion for shows. If there is a show where we can represent and get our name out, please ENTER. Josiah and i have been showing up and entering shows, along w/ Jeff, and it help. Andif you say you want to.....DO IT! Its so much fun!!
7. SPONSORS. LETS MAKE A CONTRACT. I HAVE MANY WHO ARE WILLNG. AND I KNOW THAT MANY OF YOU DO TO. SPONSORSARE GOOD FOR US. SPRINKLES. AL WE NEED IS THE CONTRACT.
8. LETS MAKE THE ACCOUNT TOO. SO THAT WE HAVE A PLACE TO PUT THE MONEY.
9. Im interested in having fundraisers. Car washes, etc. Brian said that at WalMart,if you do a car wash, you can use their equipment, and by accepting donations, if you make over $500 they will double it. Theres ways we can make that...::wink wink::
