Dropped the Stang off at Top Quality..no idea when it'll be done..got bad news though, the guy who owns teh joint hates Ford and likes the Gamecocks If he messes with my car I'm gonna shove a Blue Oval and a Tiger Paw up his ass..anyways..

Picked up my rental car from Rent A Wreck..since I'm 20, I couldn't get it anywhere else by law.(need ot be 21) Luckily, State Farm is paying $48 a day for this car, so they'll only pay for aweek, which means next week I can get another rental from a normal place. The rental car for teh next week is..well..don't laugh too hard, cuz I was ready to cry when I saw it..haha.. a baby blue 1991 4 door Buick Skylark with the column shifter(auto). Car has ZERO power or handling and I wasn't able to spin the tires worth a damn either on a powerbrake. The radio is just that--a radio, no cd playter, or tape deck... *sings nappy roots aw naw*

Went to the chiropractor today before picking up the POS. MY spine at my tailbone was compressed, causing my lower back stiffness. My neck joint was also messed up or whatever, so he popped me out a bit. Just so you guys know, unlike in the movies and TV, a neck doesnt break on one snap. hehe, he gave me 3 and I'm still alive..for now I was then hooked up to some electro-massage machiens to break down the scar tissue covering my back muscles so they coudl reheal correctly. (They had become that way from teh misaligned spine) There is no permanent damage, which is the good news, so I'm happy about that. I should be ok to go in a month or so hopefully.

So thats the updates for now..Don't know how long the car's going to be in teh shop, but I dont figure it to be TOO long, but..who knows. It'll be in there as long as it takes fo rme to be atisfied, thats for damn sure.

OK, tim eto pimp the Buick POS down to teh library to start on my paper.

why can't that spin the tires? i'd think it would have a flatter torque curve right in the low rpm...

just throw some bolt ons on there, and tune it to 140hp or so and you got a contender that could probably whup on some rice

yeah i already looked up a k&n air filter, a spiral max, and some exhaust pieces...headwork and cam is goign to be crucial to hit the 135hp mark :D
