I have to write first off Tein's customer service is not like it use to. It's top notch.
I set my two front dampers in to get check and overhauled. They got there on Monday. Today I got a voicemail from Tein saying to get my dampers "fixed" would only cost the minimal ($150) because I was out of warranty.
Tein would before give a hard time fixing anything for free and the $150 only is great news.
Anyways, back on topic I spoke to the rep and he told me R&D told him to revalve the dampers to current specs and asked me if that was OK.
The rep told me the valving was slightly stiffer.
Unfortunately, I worked a long day and didn't ask to talk to someone from R&D.
My Teins are only a year and some months old. When did Tein revalve the SSP's? Is this something coming up? Anyone else experience problems with their SSPs?
