How do i make this sig smaller and what in the world is bump?...guess i should post this at the newbie forum. thanks anybody.

glad you all could laugh at NEWB, the sig was taking up a whole page, i dunno how it got smaller

You can use any image editing program and reduce the image size although your sig seems fine now? Here's one for free called JPEG Optimizer which you can use in case you ever need one. Here's the link to it in case you are having trouble finding it http://www.xat.com/jpegopt/
