the new Civic Si isn't THAT ugly. i saw it in front of the arena at the Incubus Concert at the Cox Arena in San Diego, and...actually...it was pretty nice. It had graphics going along the top and side of the car, and it was sitting on some rims with FAT lips. wouldn't mine getting one...but still think the celica is cooler.

btw...the concert rocked.

isnt incubus giving that si away in kroq radio?

yea man...kinda weird how incubus is giving it away on KROQ...so not them...but the tour was sponsered by civictour.com...so i guess honda had to get something out of it.

i dunno...when i saw it...didn't mind the thought of having one...but like i said...celica's are better.

It might look "ok" ..... but it's not something to drop 18-20+ k on. If they woulda kept away from the whole van/hatch look and kept it looking like the "old" civic si's ... it woulda been better.

Aside from the looks, all I read is that the performance sucks. That should get plenty of tools to buy it, just because it is a Honda.

Oh you better believe the honda hype is there.

I dunno how many honda luvers I've heard say... Oh man that thing is awesome. Even though it weighs more than our car and has less hp...... oh well. YOu cannot defeat a honda lovers logic, if it has an A or an H on the hood, it could run 0-60 in 8 sec and handle like a dump truck and they'd still be all over it.

I drove one and it honestly wasnt to bad the shifter is acutally really short and quick, the clutch was short as hell too. The seats were comfy and the car picks up pretty quick. The thing that pissed me off was the engine compartment. huge amount of space perfect for a turbo and the airbox is where ours is perfect for CAI

In the end i would never by one but the engineering is nice

Hell if I saw ANY room for a CAI in there. Just cuz the airbox is in the same spot doesn't mean anything. There is no place for the intake pipe to run down.
