Yes the RMM ones do go over the stock ones, Thats how you bolt the bottom half of the skirts.

i tried that, over the stock ones, yeah....that didn't work, took it to a shop and was like i cant do this, they had my stock side skirts in the car at the end, so i was like, ah, i get it now, stupid me ;)

We did my WW our selves and you have to take off your stock sides or it wont work.
