Best springs to even car.

I was wondering what the best springs are to even out the car. I plan to use stock struts for now. I have heard hotchkis even out pretty well and can be used with stock struts. Any other brands??? I also have a chance to buy some sprint springs that drop 1.8 in back and 1.7 in front. That might not even things out as well as I want. What are your thoughts.

Stick with TRD or the eibach model which is the same as the trd .. 1.25 drop. Sorry but if you want to run your stock struts, have decent handling and decent strut life .. this is the only option. If you want a lil more, buy some new struts but still, going too low will affect handling capabilities .. 1.8 - 1.7 should be fine as long as you have stronger struts ..

Man you car is pretty much my cars twin. The only difference is that I have a black strip down the center of my hood. Even the calipers are the same color. Oh, and what kind of sunroof do you have??? I have never seen that before. Back on track now, would a 1.25 drop even be noticable???

I personally love my Tien Springs 1.5" drop all around and it's noticable.

^^^ Agreed, but its actually 1.4 inch drop. Not too low, not too high. And its even all the way around. No rake at all. And the stock struts will last a little while with these springs (although Im running them with KYBs)

Any of you guys have some pics with S-techs and stock wheels and struts. I see pnoygts has stock wheels but I cant see much from that pic.

hey matt...i just put on my tein s-techs....and teh drop is just as low as teh sprint ones....i may have miss measured them....because sprint makes 2 diff. drops for teh celica i believe.....but i will post pics of both soon and show there is not much difference....

Oh cool. I knew you would notice this thread sooner or later. :laugh: Its hard to tell with your pics because of the body kit. It makes it look better than my crappy stock stuff.

Stock sunroof! Even tho it is grey, you can see through it from the inside easily. There's a celica factory logo as well on it ..

It was coming with the leather seats option for the GTS in Canada. I think they stopped producing it in 2002 but dont quote me on that .. I dont knnow if it was available in USA too ..

Back on the drop, I believe S tech would be ok with stock strut but it might affect their longevity more than the trd/eibach springs .. ..
