I use Turtle Wax Swirl and Scratch remover on my Carbon Blue Paint. It makes it look like new when used with a good wax after.

When I had my 94 Celi, it got sideswiped and I was able to get all the paint off from that with Turtle Wax Polishing Compound. You'll have to rub for a little while, but it will all come out. After that, put a polish and a wax on and you ought to be good to go.
