35 bux shipped obo by pass valve does not fit celicas. someone said by pass valves does not fit celica and i tried and doesnt so if u have a different car.

It fits on the CAI. You have to cut out an area and stick the by pass valve in. I think I'm even the one that sold it to you?

ok like he said u have to cut a part of the rubber by pass
