My rear left speaker is 3 times as loud as my rear right speaker. I have a 2000 GT with premium sound package. I have 1-12" sub with stock receiver. The rear right speaker does play, but is not loud. Balance is set to 0. HELP!!

Where is the 12" sub connected? Is it connected to the right rear speaker?

It is connected to both through a RCA adapter. Stock receiver has no RCA plugs.

The connection is still not clear, to me.

Are the left and right rear speaker outputs, from the stock receiver, shorted together and also connected to drive the sub woofer?
