nope, but someone on the baord did add a "mugen" style lip on the Tsunami front which improved the look 10 fold.

I don't have a lip on my bumper. The only thing I'm doing is changing the looks of my TRD bumper like Keyshawn did. Then making it wider to fit my APR fenders and adding a CF splitter....
