The strut tower bolts are very soft. Torque them to more than 29 and you may end up holding them.

I don't know....
The local Toyota dealer seems to think 160 ft-lbs is the proper lug torque.
At least, I had to overrange my torque wrench to get the da*n things off last weekend to put on the autox rubber. Thank heavens I had the OEM wheels on, not the lightweights. Gotta love it when lazy Bas*ards at the dealer just use the impact wrench without even a torque adapter......

hehe.. nah.. its not that man.. just my parents camry and my buddies teg are more like in the 85 pd/ft range... thats why it looked a little strange... but I torqued them to 76 when i put them on the other night... and everything seems fine... i will check the torque this weekend to just make sure.. but i am gonna leave em at 76....
time to do the strut bar this weekend too!

Is 76 ft lbs for the alloy 16" rims or 15" steel rims?
I think torque specs are different because of the materials used
