You're second picture (which doesn't show up in your post for some reason) is a better representation of how this kit would probably look. The first picture was taken on a slope and the front bumber is on a lower angle than the rest of the car --- which makes the front look lower. He probably parked like that on purpose, to achieve a lower look. I've parked my car in grass before to achieve a slightly lower look. Not only would a car lowered that far probably not me legal, but it wouldn't even be able to traverse a speed bump or - even a frog in the road without ripping your g.fx off.

The second picture still is camera tricking you tho because the angle is from above the cars so it's really difficult to judge how high they really are. But the second picture is probably pretty close to my chopped version.
