good GPS under $500 ?

Since I'm bad with directions, this will help me out big time. Any good suggestions ?

Last year, I was checking out Navman's iCN510. Not sure if a newer version has become available since, but it's a GPS made from a PDA, so it's very compact and light, and has a good size screen. They have/had another one that was also PDA based, but allowed you to use the PDA functions, as well. The reviews on both seemed very positive, especially for the price range they're in.
