c2gas decided to go with a different EMS, so this is back up for sale.

MWR sells the PFC for $995. I paid $600 for this PFC four months ago, but never installed it. You won't find another one for this price.

The Power FC proudly stands as A'PEX's answer to the constraints and limitations associated with most piggy-back style fuel controllers. The Power FC is a complete, stand alone, total engine management system capable of handling virtually anything thrown in its path.

The Power FC replaces the factory ECU and controls all engine parameters. Installation is as easy as replacing the factory ECU. The factory engine harness does not need to be replaced and all critical accessories such as air conditioning continue to function.

$500 shipped or best offer. No dibs. PFC only....I do not have a Commander or Datalogit, but you do not need them. The PFC is all you need. Thanks.

I'm not going to bother with a bidding war this time. First person that tells me they want this PFC for $500 and is sending the money, gets it.

You are very welcome Gas. I'm just glad that you will also have the SM4 so I can bug you with questions about it. I'm sure you will know everything there is to know about it in a very short time and it will take me a few weeks just to learn how to turn it on.

Yes, it is better than the PFC. As for tuning, it has Autotune that is very accurate. The SM4 is not for everybody though. It is $2,300 and only highly modified cars that are really into racing would benefit from it's features.

The PFC is the perfect ECU for everybody else because they are easy to use and easy to tune. The PFC is the best bang for the buck that you can get. Smaay and many others use it and they are very happy with it.

If you want a traction control system, that is something very simple to add to any car for about 1k. Here is the system I was going to buy before I bought the SM4....

Bssoap74,
I seen that you tried to send your payment to my paypal account using a credit card, but I can only take payments from a bank account or paypal account.

This is the notice I got when you tried to send the money....

Important Note: Personal Accounts may not receive payments funded with a credit card. You must upgrade to a Premier or Business account before this payment will be credited to your account. To learn more, and to accept or deny this payment, please click here.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you upgrade to a Premier or Business account, all your pending credit card payments will be completed. With your new Premier or Business account, you will receive a range of premium features, such as the ability to accept unlimited credit card payments. You must pay fees to receive money for a Premier or Business account. The fees on incoming payments are low - just 1.9% + $0.30 USD to 2.9% + $0.30 USD to receive payments. For more details, click here.

If you do not want to upgrade your account, please deny this payment. You will retain your Personal account and will not be assessed any fees. To continue to receive payments for free, make sure you receive payments only via a PayPal balance or bank account.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Not sure what to do here. Do I upgrade to a Premier or Business account just so I can accept this payment? Or should I deny the payment? I didn't really want to pay credit card fees plus paypal fees on this. Any ideas?

I have a premier account. Paypal doesn't charge you extra to recieve CC payments. At least, I haven't noticed. I just get the usual paypal fee.

Thanks Joe. You were right. I upgraded to the premier account and accepted the payment. Only cost me the usual 3%. Problem solved. Thanks for the help.

Bssoap74, I'll ship the PFC today.

Feel free to close this thread if you would like Joe.
