My friend needs help installing his cd player and speakers. I read the sticky on the Scosche TA-03 Wiring Kit Noise Mod. Is the installation still the same, and would this mod still be necessary on a 1999 celica? I noticed it only said 2000-up. I would need to get this, http://www.cardomain.com/item/SCOTN2150B and this, http://www.cardomain.com/item/SCOTA02B. Is this all I need, or shoud I still be getting the scosche ta-03? His celica is a 1999, so is there a difference between the aftermarket stereo installation 1999-2000?
