Anyone seen the new model celica in "BELLY" the movie came out in 98'. How could it??

approximately 5 minutes into the movie. lik 4:54 or something, the 3 guys drive off in their cars. and they pass a
newmodel 00' celica that is driving in front of them. It shows the back of the celica. But the movie came out in 98' so how could it be possible?

I remember it comming out in november or december of 98' when i transfered to UCLA.
Also the DVD shows a 98' production date and 99' was released into DVD.
I've also checked the movie dabatabase it surely came out in 98.

Has anyone viewed the movie?
