Relocating amp

My current amp is making hell lots of noises at the back due to the crap setup :bang:

Can anyone tell me if it is ok to place an amplifier under the following?. It is a medim size amp.

1) Under the driver seat;
2) Back passenger seat;
etc

Medium size? You can put an amp almost anywhere you want... provided you have ample ventilation/circulation.

Under a front seat probably isn't too bad.. ventilation wise... but remember that front heater ducts may elevate temps under there during heating season. I suspect you might have a hard time physically placing it under the rear seats and ventilation would be non-existent.
