Aiming Headlights?

OK, I just got a new headlight put in due to a fender bender and I swear the one put in is aimed higher than the other side, it gives the effect that one is much brighter than the other. This has to be what it is because I just switched both headlight bulbs and they still have different brightnesses. Any way if possible how do I aim my headlights?

Yeah, look down behind the headlight and you will see a little circle gear looking thing. Stick a philips screwdriver down in there and turn it. As the screwdriver turns, it should spin that gear. It adjusts very finely, so turn it a few times and see which way it moves it.
