Hey guys, I was wondering what lowering springs you think are the best. Also, when lowering, do you need to buy the parts to adjust the camber? I am thinking of getting some 18 inch wheels, probably ssr integrals or konig tantrums, any suggestions? When I put them on I would also like to drop the front about an inch and a half and the rear about an inch and 3/4. I have heard good things about hotchkis springs and suspension components, but I know you guys have done more to your celicas than I (Stock 00 gt-s right now), so I was wondering what your experiences are.

Also, what is the maximum wheel width that you can run without problems/rubbing? I know the 16s that came with my baby are 6.5 and the konigs are 8, but I have seen posts with people putting 19x9s under there, so I was just curious. I wouldn't mind some turning radius hit...but I don't want to feel like I'm in a moving van either =)
thanks
Keith

I cant remember the name of the dude that is running 19' not too sure if they were 19x9...

Regarding that drop you wanted... That should be fine for a while till your shocks give way... But dont worry about it... Hotchkins, Eibach, Tien and a few more a pretty much up there depends on what you like... I have the Eibach Sportlines (about 2' all around) with 215/40/17... I would have gone with 215/40/18 but Im really happy with the 17's that I have on now... Well I hope that helps... Later...

wow 19X9... wouldnt that be a little hard to steer?

if your getting 18s there i dont think there will be a problem of tire width unless its like 12 or whatever.

weird... off topic, but i saw a civic on the freeway with like these 15s or something and they were sticking out.. like more than 3 inches from the wheelwells... i almost got in an accident from that(laughing way too hard). those people should consider other people before they do funny things to their cars...
