How to install head unit?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a website that teaches you how to install cdplayers and wutever head units in our car. I have no clue where to start. This is the only area that i'm very new to with cars. Thanks.

Just read the instructions with the headunit. Its pretty self-explanatory. Except for the premium sound system... you gotta run wires and bypass the amp. But installing the headunit is pretty simple, especially with the proper wiring harness. Should take less than 30 minutes for a first timer. (if you have regular sound system) Otherwise it'll take alot longer if you have the premium sound system.

Yeah, i have the premium sound sys. for the gts. I was wondering how the sound quality is when i do bypass the amp? I'm not really lookin for a new sound system, i just want a new head unit. I don't want it to sound crappy as hell, so i just wanted people's input.

Sound quality is pretty damn good. I dont remember how much power the stock premium system puts out... but your new headunit should put out enough for a good sounding system. You wont be disappointed, unless your headunit is grossly underpowered. 45x4 will be enough.
