Searching for Newcelica Desktop Theme

About a year ago, someone had a newcelica desktop theme posted.

I used it for a year, but recently had a catastrophic failure of my hard drive, and lost it. Can anyone help me out?

Actually, no! Nice, though. does it have the button skins as well? The one I had was a full theme, not just the wallpaper.
