Does anyone have knowledge on the average cost of obtaining a masters degree? How about an online masters degree (not from one of those hokey pockey schools, but from a reputable one.)? Or perhaps you can share some experience or what you've heard if you know anyone that's taking an online masters course.

Masters in what?

I'll be going for my LLM (masters) right after Law School but thats going to cost me a bundle for a program that I can finish in less than 2 years.

I think it depends on what exactly you;re going for a Masters in.

I am currently debating applying to Art Academy in San Fran for my masters degree in Merchandising and Retail Business... It's a very prestigious art school, and I will be taking all of my classes online.

Cost = $14,000 yr for 3 years. heh...

What I came across your average masters will cost you between $15 and in my case $42k depending on how specific it is. I could be very wrong but that is just what my experience has been. I just started looking the past 2-3 months.

I'm just glad that I have the (2) G.I. BIll's and I have the Gulf War Vet benefit and can go to any state school for free.

Yes and no. I'm only looking at reputable universities that offer an online masters degree program.

I got my A.A.S in Computer Info Systems from NCC, my B.S in Management Info Systems from SUNY Old Westbury and I didn't want to get my master's in computers, I kind of hate them by now, so I decided to get a MBA in NYIT, 3k per class and I need 14 classes = 42000.... It is gonna take me sometime but i don't care it comes down to whatever I can afford..

None taken. I was merely asking for my own interest. Besides, I asked for experience also. I'm currently looking at the online programs at Boston University.
