It will fit to the mid pipe but you may have to have a small section of pipe made. If you go over to west covina toyota (web site) they have a really good sound clip of the kazuma exhaust on a celi doing a drive by.

I picked up the seats and the scoop from him today. The seats are in great shape...great deal for $100. These will be going on an MR2 Spyder and after a quick test-sit....they feel noticeably more comfortable. The scoop only cost $15, and it could use some new paint, but who cares for $15. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!
