shocks

I dont know if its the progressive sport springs that is making my ride harsh or is it because of my shocks. Ive had the springs in for about a year and a half. Im putting in trd springs tomorrow(cars too low in the city) but i dont know if its going to make the ride smoother. Any suggestions?

It's possible that your shocks are wearing out due to the extra stresses from the lowering springs.

Has it been rough the whole time you've had the springs on? Did you cut the bumpstops when you installed them in the first place?
