Torque specs for ACT street clutch and TODA flywheel?

I would like to know what are the torque settings for the ACT street clutch and TODA flywheel. The instructions for the flywheel are all in Japanese and the ACT ins. say 10ft./pds. Is that correct? Im installing it tommorow and I have everything out already. Do I have to set the torque setting a little more higher for performance use? Please give me the torque specs on them.
