Who else watched it? What a great race! Two female winners, maybe next year some of the male drivers will put the pressure on more.

I saw it. It wasnt as cool as the one last year, or maybe it was the year before last. You know the one where these 2 blue regular racers, not pros, were in the last or second to last turn and they skid out side by side. They were the same color and everything and they skid out exactly the same, it looked professionally planned by stunt car drivers. That was the coolest thing I saw. I was watching it with my grandpa and when it happened I was like "Oh... look at that $hit!", my grandpa was like "ooooo...."

Goldberg was keeping up with Dana pretty well until his misshift. It hurt to watch those Celis get mad sideways into the walls. I want to know what kinda setup they're running. The exhaust almost sounds like the Kazuma\straight pipe.

Did anyone else think that the Celebrity winner was kinda hot?:naughty:

yeah, it was nice. i "try'd"to tape it. i got the first 10-15minutes, and then the power went out, and i couldnt get it start'd again. damn thing start'd rewinding when i got everything back on... grrrr, f.ing power company... but it was good, the 2 leading women were hot.

yeah someone please get it online or something. divx codec? 512x384? 29.97 fps? or anything else! what i mean is keep the quality rather high so it will look good on VCD/SVCD! thanks! or someone can send me their copies on tape or something. ima try to get a hardcopy from a local bay area friend so if nobody gets the files online, ill do it. ill just need about 250 mb to store it on.

I thought that this years was really boring. Best thing that happend was goldberg blowing the engine of course.... but that was about it... nothing comes close to William Shatner :) hehe "William Shatner went through 3 engines in the qualifying"

Watching that on Sunday made me want to be in that race so bad. Was it me or were many of the celebrities shifting pretty early and falling out of the 2nd cam quite a bit. I'd either bring it home in first or have er in the wall. With the Kazuma exhausts they should be sporting about 190-5 peak hp right?

You can be in the race by going to the grand prix fund racer before Grand Prix weekend and you can bid to be in it the following year. I think this years bid was around the mid $60g's. So start saving for next year. Yea you could hear them falling out while I was there but it sounded nice when they hit lift. I was working about a 1/2 mile from the track and you can hear the celicas when they were practicing and qualifying. BTW Can anyone let me know if the AVI's in my Album work once you view the album in index format. Thanks
