I ran over a pothole last night on my way to dinner:eek:. I was goin' about 50mph. I managed to make it to the restaraunt and quickly checked for any damage or flat tire. Thank God everything was okay. Man...if I had 18" 35 series tires, I wonder if I would have gotten away with that:confused: I'm running 17" 45 series tires tires.

On a Side Note my friend once bent his rim on a pothole on the freeway. Wrote a letter to the city and actually got reimbursed for getting the rim repaired.
Just to let ya know...

They really do look different. I like 'em:). They look much bigger than the Monsoons even though they're the same size. Pics should be up tonight;).

You know what would be cool? Get a photochop of your car with the new wheels and have a hotwheel package with your car inside it. If you can pull up the Toyota Celica package that would be even better. If I were you, I'll shine up the whole car and tires. Have the car park straight left and right. Make sure the nose of car is facing the right side and the rear on the left side. Take a pic and go from there. I never seen this done, but it worth a try. That way it would be really different.

I f'ed up one of my rims yesterday  and the tire.
5" curb scratch on the lip of the rim and it tore a chunk out of the sidewall of my tire.
