Removing the front bumper with a RMM or WW lip on it?

To anybody with a RMM or WW front lip, is it just as easy to remove the bumper with the lip on it as it was stock. I want to clean my CAI filter and seems like it doesn't interfere with any of the screws, so I just wanna make sure before I do it.

just turn your wheel and remove the heat shield from one side and the rest is self explainatory!!!
