They are not chrome, I have the same ones. They are just a bright, bright silver. Looks like chrome from a distance.

Oh I attract plenty of attention from the PoPo. Guess they're just jealous.
Do you like the ride with your Obx Coilovers? Where did you get em & how much if you don't me askin? Saw those matrix deals @ ebay for $150 or so, but waiting on feedback. I'm still kinda glued to H&R, but would like something until I can replace all of the suspension pieces. Nice ride, somthing about the wheels I like.

Haven't had any problems with the OBX coilovers. I got them off eBay for $187.50 shipped. Not too bad when you compare them to other brands. My front is set up as high as it can go. The rear sit 1 1/8" from being completely bottomed out.
Whoaaa all the way up & still so low? Nice. Thanks for the info, Think they will work with 18's? What size rubber are you running & how big is the gap up front using the majic finger ruler?

Opal means black...your rims are silver...
I have Konig black opal Verdicts, and they are pretty dark.
Are you sure they are opal...?

Solid ride buckeye23. Throw a bone to Bullet1 for the ADR Kasai's.

Konig changed the name because there was confusion as to black opal and opal. The silver are just kinda like...well, silver. You can tell on mine that the it has a high luster finish. The inside of the rim is dark, where as a silver rim would be greyish/silver.

Ah, that would explain it...
They have a dark cast in indirect sunlight. In bright sunlight from a distance they almost look like chrome. They don't look as dark as the verdicts. A friend of mine has some that are black opal & they look different side by side. Both are sweet IMHO. I was expecting them to be darker when I ordered them.

I did a brief stint at OSU a couple years ago, couldn't cut it. I go to Devry now. I do have a lot of friends that go to OSU though.
