What is the best S-AFC setting for Autocross?

Currently I am using hi throttle almost -5 to -6 throughout the powerband and the car seems to run great but what are some of you guys running and what has been your experience?

The best setting would be determined on a dyno. You would want the setting that offers the most power, there will only be one right answer and it will be a little different for every car.

Thanks Scott is just that the guy at the dyno said that he doesnt know how to tune the S-AFC properly.
