bad idea..gotta have meets in a semi-rural area..when meets get large..its almost impossible to keep all of us together while trying to drive somewhere(unless of course you got someone like carlos blocking traffic ;))

HAHAHA..we had a meet jan 5th at that mall...good place to meet...but with 20+ celicas trying to get outa there, made for a doozy of a ride to the hotel(hence i say nay to that place again)..they just had a meet this weekend though in jersey..so i dont foresee one happenin for a month or so at least, but meets tend to be good when held in dirty jerzey :)

This coaster must agree. As much as nyc is great, meets in Jersey seem to be consistently off the hook. But I'm sure there are PLENTY of places in NYC where we can hold a meet. Keep that thought in mind DBOMB.

there's an all-toyota/lexus meet at e-town on memorial day weekend...dynoes, autox, drag racing, trd and others selling parts, etc.

I know Jersey is a hot place to meet..but that is why i wanna try something different in NYC. So, let's see how many heads are interested and I get this going. Let me know your thoughs.

Where in NY you from playa? Hmm also. If any sensible meet can be made possible to even rival last weekend's meet success, it would definitely have to be held on the Island. No Ellis Island for out of state onlookers. Talking bout the Big LI! ;)

But hmm ya. Just gotta figure out when. I do believe there's another meet in June. So start moving this supposed to a date after June.

Its funny you said that box cuz hmm New Hyde Park is not a bad location and you're closer to Long Island. But then again the NY STATE THRUWAY to some unknown town could also be good.

I am from Queens, NY. So, I guess I will get this meet staring then. Now, all I got to know is some dates that people are free to do this. I think the meet in June is on the 22nd. So, let me know some dates and your thoughs.

Why don't we meet at Midtown Manhattan, see who gets the most traffic and tinted window violations? Also see how many 17+" wheels are busted in NYC.

LOL. Hint Hint bro.. Further away from Queens, BK, Bronx and NYC you go the better the chances of a good meet. Long Island is not bad. Just need space and exactly where.

Might I suggest Hempstead State Parl. If you can get a permit that would be a very good place. Other places are Valley Stream State Park.

These two locations are convenient to get to from all boroughs and are also state parks.

Good looks... A state park is a great place to meet..I'll look into some parks in Long Island were a meet can be started. In the mean time I will be free for any suggestions.

When are you thinking about planning this meet? With the 4/20, 4/27, 5/4 (E-town) 5/25 (E-town), 6/15 (HIN) and 6/22 (Seaside) meets....I'm thinking you might want to wait till july?

hey guys..change of plans... instead of having it at eisenhower, I got a good big place to meet in long island. It is the parking lot of Polytechnic University in farmingdale. It is located at Route 110 South. Let me know what u think of this meeting place.

Doesnt matter where you have it as long as it's an open space, you have the rights to be there, and it doesnt conflict with any other meets. For example the tri-state in June.
