do you guys know how I can paint them ? they are all glazed with the clear shiny coating so how do I paint over it ?

man...u definately got a lot of those things. i only found 1 but painted it carbon blue to match my car. just sanded it down a little bit (didnt even go over the whole thing), then brush painted a few coats of touch up paint for the car on there. then went over the windows and lights with silver cuz it looked better than the carbon blue/yellow window scheme. here's a pic i took of it:
