*HELP* Turbo Problems

Hey can anyone help me. I have the c2 power turbo kit. Its been working great until last week. Now i cant boost properly. I have checked all the intercooler piping for leaks and nothing. I checked my bov and its sealing right. I just cant get it to stay in postive boost pressure. If anyone has a idea of what it can be please let me know.

check the wastegate actuator make sure its tightened down.

Cracked manifold?

the manifold is not cracked. i checked it and nothing

how about all the bolts where the manifold meets the turbo and where the turbo meets the downpipe? they could shake loose.

try to wiggle the turbo around and feel the bolts.

sounds like the wastegate is hanging open...if the actuator arm broke or came off then this is your problem

are you 100% positive? sometimes a small crack is hard to see. If your car has deeper exhaust tone it could be that.

A small crack woud let you boost and sound would come from the engine bay loud. As smay says if your wg is open (loose) then no boost and exhoust is louder in the back. A leak is still possible. I would check the turbo hose as thats the lowest and most forced at engine moves.
