Is it possible to powder coat rims to gun metal

Is it possible to powder coat silver rims to gun metal? Ive seen white and black but never gunmetal. Is it possible? Thanks

i don't see why not. i've seen people with red and purple and all kinds of crazy crap. most of the rims that come in gunmetal probably are just powdercoated.

if they can do red, purple, and all sorts of other colors, they should be able to do gunmetal.

umm...a guy >> milinGTS >> spray painted his stock 15" rims ...tee hee hee..its ok because he has volks too

you can powdercoat your rims any color you want....gunmetal , hot pink, flourescent yellow....

certain colors might cost more depending on the shop

Yes you can, and I am powder coating my RH T6's within the next month or two.

silver to gunmetal: yes. We painted 8 stock gsr rims and 2 silver konig rims to gunmetal at my friends shop, we buffed it a lil to make it smoother. Looks nice, but I wouldnt do it on my car.

yes you can powercoat them just about any color, as for me i am going to Anodize my 19" RH C2s black...that way they are black but have a bright machined finish to them

i dont have it done yet, as of now its just an idea i've had...i looked into it and a local guy in town is only going to charge me 35.00 a wheel to anodize it...
