Good Gym in Central florida?? Orlando Area

just wondering does any of you have any suggestions of a good Gym to go to in Central Florida/Orlando Area??? around The Florida mall or anything???

i need to lose weight and i'm looking for a tite gym to have a membership to...

any of you gym freaks??? thanks

we have a gym onsite and a basketball court onsite here @ work too! It ends up bein' a pretty good setup for me! :gap:

I know there are the usual places around the area. I did notice that Gold/World Gym's are usually more conducive to weightlifting and Bally's is more evenly balanced between weight training and other activites... It all depends on your fitness goal.

kinda off the subject...but i heard UCF just built a really really nice gym

Ozone on Rosalind and Robinson in downtown. Go around 12 or right after work. Alot of women there. They have a really good price too and you can work out a deal with them. Not as pricey as World's or Powerhouse either.

UCF 's gym is nice, but too packed with people talking. Its more like a social event than anything..
