if people talk me out of the apr i was considering this kit

i like both rear bumpers -
as far as colors im looking into either blue onix pearl on the 06 lexus is or this blue http://www.lexus.com/models/rx/gallery_exterior_colors.html neptune blue mica- one of those two for sure with no graphics or carbon fiber crap.

i saw a cool hood with a big well actually huge hood scoop i think its new that looks pretty cool.

so should i go apr or the other kit?

of my own topic i am going with helical lsd but i dont know where to get them, and a clutch kit from south bend the ss street series tz along with fidanza flywheel and apr bolts that i supposably need and cant find. im not sure if i should get a push clutcht rod and if so with one and where, and also the clutch metal braid hoses. please any help is appreciated. im searching around i could use some opinions.

i got and downloaded the shop manual for the gts of this website but its for an 2000 celica, is that still good for my 2003??? thank you all,

evil eye

There's a GB going for the TRD helical LSD right now. Check the vendor forum or GB interest forum.

With the APR kit it will cost a lot more than just the kit and the paint. You'll have to buy custom wheels with the correct offset to fit the huge fenders. You will also need a proper suspension too to pull off the look. You're looking at over $6,000 just for the above mentioned mods, plus paint and fitting. Just thought you should know.

hey thanks evil eye, yeah i figured that mutch but im mostly conserned about the quality and looks of it all, i didnt think about the suspension but i guess i can deal with that a lil later, money aint mutch of an issue yet, i will be doing the clutch issue first and the body work sometime in april. i want to get a good deal on the apr first if im going that route. thanks for the heads up on the helical ill search for the group buy right now.

You'd also need to have a rear diffuser custom fabbed since I believe apr does not produce anymore for the celica. Correct me if I am wrong though.

sorry vindicato,

vertigouno? i didnt get the message???

and what rear diffusor are we talking about??? what is that, if its at all in connection to the rear bumper being attached to my car shouldnt the bodyshop deal with that??? or am i way off?

wondering is it smart to paint over the carnbon fiber hoods? or will the paint not last or look as good as the rest of the body, cant seem to find a hood thats not carbon fiber like the one i want. theirs two group buys going on right now , one for the hood and one for the lsd helical, hopefully i can get it.
