Rusty Celica

This is my first post so let me kinda introduce myself-
19/F/Atl-Ga-I drive a 1995 celica ST auto.Mods-Rusty fenders,Hood pins cause the hood latch broke and flew up and broke front windshield and back.funny story,some cheap 3.5 muffler.it has 124k miles i love it.I Traded my 1990 300ZX for my celica even.I loved my 300 but it was ragged out, high mileage, and had a blown head gasket and some other problems.I got most of my mechanical and general car knowledge out dealing with that car.Im not a dunce totally to cars still not an "intermediate though".yeah glad to be here lol-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------But anyway.I just wanna do some things to my celica.I know I can't get as much Hp,as my 300 and im kinda on a budget anyway.Not totally broke but I mean trying to get This celica to as much as 200 hp ....well.What im looking at right now is lowering it.Nah im not looking at like Racing damps and stuff lol.Just making it handle a lil better.and yes look cool.Don't really know much about lowering though as far as springs and coilovers.I heard alota bad as to cheap stuff.I was looking at some Tien and ground control springs though.Like 1.5 inch drops in the front.Do i have to buy new shocks and struts with springs like that?.then i looked at coilovers.Some of the cheap stuff caught my eye.Coilovers with like adujustable ride height.Then read stuff like making sure the alignment is correct when ya do that.I don't know Im gunna go have this done somwhere.by the way how much will that aprox be.I just wanna lower it some.lol
