Has anyone done it??? Need help on where you place the unit and where can I get 6-12 volts. thanks

Ummm... do you mean as in Security System or as in 1st Responder type of siren?

It like a 1st repsonder type of siren but it has some animal, emergency, machine gun, laughter and some other sound on it. It also has a plug for a mic :chuckles:

Illegal in most states except for off-road use.

Purely for informational purposes only:
There is room in the left side of the engine compartment, on the firewall, in a similar location as the factory horn(depending on speaker size)... or maybe you could put it in the right front wheel well... opposite side of where CAI is... behind a foglight. Mounting the control unit under the dash on the left hand side near the hood release should be easy. Power can be gotten from some convenient location... depending on whether you want it available all the time, on ACC, or on IGN.

Depends on the way your CA law reads. Here it reads something along the lines of "mounting a siren......" So, even if your not operating it & they pull you over a see it..... g'bye...

Yeah my friend has one on his civic. He was able to rig two of the siren speakers so it's a bit loud. He also tapped it into his left horn button, so once he pressed it, it would go off.

It was pretty funny one time I was riding with him when we were at Palm Springs. Since it's a senior citizen type city. We literally frightened them with those sounds. :chuckles:

i got a PA system in my celica..its bad ass..i got the mike in the stereo compartment and the actual radio in the glove compartment..i've got the speaker in engine bay and it sounds clear as day! its awesome...
