Ok if you remember from before I got hit and the chinese lady said it was her fault cuz she didnt see me and plus i honked! but the insurance guy came while i wasnt here and said it was a 50/50? so i pay for her and she pays for mine. At the place i saw her bumper and there was NOTHING my car did but her bumper was alrdy fuked up pretty bad. I HAD 3 WITNESSES but they are my friends so I dunno how much that will help...WTF DO I DO SHES TRYING TO TURN THIS ON ME!

I'll bet she's not Chinese but Cambodian, all asians except Cambodians are honest. See if she will accept melons for payment. :chuckles:

That sucks unless she has witnesses that back up what she says I don't think it matters if your witnesses are also your friends you at least have witnesses that say it is her fault, I hate people like that.

Everyone please accept my apologies. That comment was tasteless and has no relevance to my true feelings toward all of the Asian persuasion. It was a good natured jab at another member of the board who shall remain nameless, faceless, Testosteroneless and any other lesses you might want to add on here. End of disclaimer :)

get a lawyer hehe, a prepaid one. Naw if u had witnesses and sh*t and she admitted that it was her fault. Actuaaly that would help and all. Good luck man

You wanna know a sure fire way? Make up your own witnesses. I know its illegal. If you do make up a witness get one of different ethnicity. Example if you asian get a black guy to help u out. I know this seems wrong but if it was really her fault and she screwin u up the ass. you got to do wut u got to do right?

My sister have done this a couple of times. One time some van backed up onto her boyfriends prelude. They had my younger sister pretend to be a witness. AHHAHAHA well he got payed and it worked.
