Ok if you remember from before I got hit and the chinese lady said it was her fault cuz she didnt see me and plus i honked! but the insurance guy came while i wasnt here and said it was a 50/50? so i pay for her and she pays for mine. At the place i saw her bumper and there was NOTHING my car did but her bumper was alrdy fuked up pretty bad. I HAD 3 WITNESSES but they are my friends so I dunno how much that will help...WTF DO I DO SHES TRYING TO TURN THIS ON ME!

tell the insurance that the three witnesses are not your friends. how are they gonna find out?

i know how u feel man. my gf got hit by this mexican guy who didn't have any insurance. he told her that he'll fix it at his friends boddy shop, but i told her not to because it happen to be about 45 min away from her house. it ended up in a law suit. my gf won and she got a lot of money from that dumb ass. i hope u win man.

I dont see what your three witnesses being your friends has to do with anything. I don't think that just because they are your friends every one is going to assume that they are all lying for you.

I'm sorry, but I missed the post where you described what happend. Was a police report filed?
