Sportshift question.

I was wondering if I am supposed to ease up on the pedal when I shift gears. I so far i have been keeping my foot in the pedal during shifts but I have never done this under hard driving. I don't want to cause any damage.

you can leave your foot on the pedal. It's made for that. I drive my car hard also.
