how many kits come with full 3inch exaust and gauges..plus managment system...thats where the extra money is...kit has 15,000 miles on it. ihi turbo was also brought to turbonetics for service.

Dude its a Split Second, not a Power FC. Get real. I bought an entire XS kit used with a Power FC for $3300 shipped.

15,000 miles is alot. I am not familiar with that turbo size so i cant comment on it. Plus everyone on these boards know if you have a GTS best fuel management is the POWER FC. GL though.

It came with a Power FC, which makes it worth a ton more than yours with a Split Second system. Also, the fuel rail is pointless and doesn't increase performance in any way. Mine also came with 504cc injectors and a Walbro 255lph in tank pump. Your gauges are worth a few hundred. You're selling an XS kit minus the Power FC and fuel system, then you throw on the crappy SF fuel system from Smaay's SF kit. This is basically an XS kit, but worse.

bump, if you have a gts and you want to turbo your car look no further, it takes more than just a basic kit..when you buy a turbo kit, you need all the little extras. you will get them all with this kit...

Autometer Cobalts go for over $100 each new. They're one of their more expensive gauges.

OK buddy now you're just making yourself look dumb. My spun rod bearing is an oiling issue, common to many Celicas. In fact I'd say that more N/A Celicas have spun rod bearings than turbo Celicas.

So is your turbo system Smaay's old XS kit or not? Considering you live in the same place, the extremely small numbers of XS kits produced and the fact that the fuel system pieces missing from your kit I still know are on his car, I'm gonna raise the :bs: if you say no.

My "lack of tuning"? Ha that's a good one. Trying pretty hard to cut me down, eh? All I ever tried to point out is that you're asking WAY too much money for a used turbo kit that is missing its key fuel system components, arguably the best part of the kit.

And explain what "running" proves anyways? My car "ran" from the first day I put the turbo kit on with the POS XS Engineering map. Had it not been for an oiling issue, it could have continued to run in a crappy manner indefinitely. Nobody can tell how your car runs with that system. You haven't provided so much as a dyno plot of your car. If someone buys this kit and it doesn't run well, everyone on this forum will shrug their shoulders about how to tune it. If you had a Power FC or E-Manage, people here are familiar with those systems. That's what makes your system worth so much less, more than the actual dollar figure attached to it.

i think the best part of the kit is the gauges. $3500 still sounds a bit up there. Sure it includes exhaust but for that price i would rather have a brand new kit

I sold my used turbo kit for 3300, had 5k on the kit and came with emanage, gauges, turbo timer, pod, I think the only reason it sold is because C2power is very reputable, and my kit was installed by c2gas, gt-skid and myself. So I had people who could vouch for the quality of my used kit.

take the kit off, clean it up, take some pictures and keep posting it for sale. It will sell eventually. You should try and part some of the kit out, like the exhaust and what not. I am sure some turbo peeps would love to buy a 3 inch exhaust. that way you won't take as much of a beating. Not many people would pay more than 3300 shippped for used kit but who knows.
